Terms & Conditions – Somatic Healing Gift Card

By purchasing or using a Somatic Healing Gift Card ("Gift Card") from Monika Grace, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Validity & Expiry
The Gift Card is valid for 1 year from the date of purchase.
After the expiry date, any remaining balance will be forfeited and cannot be used or refunded.
2. Redemption & Usage
The Gift Card can be used toward any service available on https://www.monika-grace.com/ website, including somatic therapy, trauma healing sessions, programs, and workshops.
The Gift Card cannot be redeemed for cash, transferred, or resold.
If the total cost of a service exceeds the Gift Card balance, the recipient must pay the remaining amount at checkout.
3. Refunds & Cancellations
Gift Cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other monetary value.
Lost, stolen, or misplaced Gift Cards will not be replaced or refunded.
4. Booking & Availability
All sessions and services must be booked in advance and are subject to availability.
The use of the Gift Card does not guarantee appointment availability. It is recommended to schedule sessions as early as possible to secure a preferred time.
