We are committed to providing the highest quality therapeutic, counselling and coaching services as well as digital products that support your healing journey. Due to the nature of my offerings, all sales are final. Please review the following policy regarding cancellations and refunds.

Digital Products & Online Courses

All purchases of digital products, including guides, workbooks, courses, journals, and online programs, are non-refundable due to the instant access and intellectual property provided. Due to the immediate access provided upon purchase, we are unable to offer cancellations or refunds. We encourage you to review the product or event description carefully before completing your purchase to ensure it meets your needs.

Workshops, Retreats & Live Events

Registrations for live workshops, group programs, and events are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend, you may inquire about transferring your registration to a future event if space allows.

Private 1 to 1 Sessions, Group Sessions & Coaching

All session bookings, whether individual or package-based, are non-refundable once purchased. Sessions may be rescheduled with a minimum of 48 hours' notice, subject to availability. No-shows or cancellations within 48 hours of the appointment are forfeited. If an emergency arises or you face extenuating circumstances, please reach out, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

Memberships & Subscriptions

Any recurring memberships or subscriptions are non-refundable and must be canceled before the next billing cycle to avoid further charges.

A Note on Goodwill Gesture

I understand that life can be unpredictable, and while my policy is firm, I always strive to be fair and reasonable. If an exceptional circumstance arises, I may, at my sole discretion, offer a gesture of goodwill, such as credit toward a future program or alternative support where possible. However, this is not guaranteed and will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
