What to Expect
in Your Free Discovery Call
We’ll start with a gentle conversation—no pressure, just a safe space to connect.
You’ll have an opportunity to ask questions and get clarity on what to expect in a session, how I work and who I am as a person.
I’ll listen deeply to what’s been challenging for you and what you’re looking for in therapy.
I love experiential work, so we may do a gentle somatic exercise on the call (if you would be open to it) to see what’s present and show you how I work with my clients (rather than tell you).
I’ll share insights on how we can work together using somatic, nervous system-based healing tools.
If it feels like a good fit from both sides, we’ll discuss next steps (Start time, frequency, goals etc). I typically draft your personalized healing plan with clear objectives and healing goals, and we begin our journey together. I work with clients in person or over the zoom call.

Each session is a deeply personalized, safe, and attuned experience where we work directly with your body and nervous system to resolve stuck trauma patterns. Rather than just talking about your pain, we engage in body-based approaches that support healing from the inside out.
A typical session may include
