In this 2 hour session, I help you let go of emotional burdens and unlock your full potential in a safe, titrated, and gentle way. You will break free from painful memories, sabotaging patterns, and safely let go of emotional burdens that hold you back in life. Depending on the severity of the issue we may need 2 - 5 sessions + to work through specific challenges.
