I use Integrative Somatic Psychotherapy which consists of a variety of evidence-based bottom-up and top-down healing methods depending on client needs.
This includes Somatic Psychotherapy, EMDR, Psychoeducation, CBT, IFS, Nervous System Regulation, Trauma Processing, Memory reconsolidation, and other techniques.
Each session typically includes:
1 x 2 hour x Somatic healing session per week
Homework, Guides, Journaling Prompts, Workbooks
I also teach you tools to apply in your life to regulate your Nervous system, manage triggers, heal flashbacks, and thrive outside of therapy hours
